It’s here! It’s here! Fall that is.
I don’t know about you, but I wait for the day I can pull out my fall decor tubs, put our Huskers Live Here” sign on the door and add pumpkins to the porch. I’m making today’s post easy. Here’s what I’ve I’ve put up so far.
My mantel is a focal point in my family room. You can see it once you walk in the front door. I love changing it up each season! I love trying to use my dad’s Bible he was given as a young boy somewhere on the mantel. You can see is in the bottom, left photo!
I love that my hydrangeas look as great in the fall as they do in the spring and summer. The light, fresh greens juxtapose well with a “haunted” candle holder. This table sits behind my sofa and faces into the kitchen.
The next two photos are in my window above my kitchen sink. I used moss to anchor the pumpkins and leaves. And I always have one of my Barefoot Contessa cookbooks on an easel here! At bottom left, I made a fall bowl in an iron basket for my kitchen island and at right is a candle set in popcorn for my table! So easy.
